Over the years I gradually put on weight and inches. I started to feel more and more sluggish and wanted to do something about it, but didn’t know where to start. I have a very busy work schedule and was unable to stick with any program for more than a couple of weeks. I have a gym in my own house, but was so bored with the routine that I couldn’t really get into any workout.
After years of driving past “Total Body Shaping”, I finally decided to stop-in and check it out. I was a little hesitant because I thought it was a workout geared towards women. My first impression was how professional and courteous the staff was. They took the time to answer all my questions and ease any uncertainty that I might have had.
March 15th was my first class and I couldn’t wait to start. I was a little anxious, but once the workout started I immediately new that this is exactly what I needed. I didn’t realize how out of shape I let myself get until about halfway through the first class, it was harder than I expected. As the weeks went by, the class became easier, and I became stronger. I was feeling better than I had felt in a long time and even changed my diet (that wasn’t easy). I hadn’t stepped on a scale until the week 5 weigh-in. I lost 17 pounds in 5 weeks and was able to complete the entire workout at a good pace.
I was shocked at the results that I had in the first 5 weeks. I knew I worked hard and was eating better, but I still didn’t expect that much weight loss. I was 3 lbs away from hitting my goal and it was only the start of week 6. I continued the same pace in every class for the final 5 weeks and knew that my 10 week totals were going to be good, I just didn’t realize how good. I lost another 19 pounds. I couldn’t believe that I lost 36 pounds in only 10 weeks.
It only took 10 weeks, 1 hour a day at “Total Body Shaping” to accomplish things that I didn’t think were possible. I have to thank all the trainers that helped me exceed my goals and push me harder than I thought I could be pushed. Angela starts every class by telling us “You get out of it, what you put into it” and she couldn’t be more right. The trainers are exceptional, the program is great, all you have to do is show up and put in the work. I plan on continuing with the program at TBS and recommend it to anyone that is serious about losing weight and getting back into shape.

I want to thank everybody at TBS for helping me to achieve my goal of losing weight. My wife got me a certificate for the program for Christmas and I wasn’t sure that I could stick with it. I truly enjoyed the program. The workouts were very challenging and the instructors were very knowledgeable. The classes were fun and upbeat. I never thought I could lose 31.5 pounds in only 10 weeks.

I am ever so grateful to the Total Body Shaping class! Because of the class and the easy to follow diet I was able to lose 28 pounds. I have never ever in my life lost that much weight and feel like I can actually keep it off forever. I had always been a little overweight growing up, but even if I did some form of exercise was never really able to keep it off.
My final pitfall was when a year ago I lost my mother tragically to an overdose. My life had went downhill completely after that. All I did was eat and eat, not realizing what I was doing to myself, then one day it hit me that if I wanted to live a long time and be healthy, I needed to exercise.
Then one day I was reading the Yankee Trader and found the article on the front page and decided to join up. I thought that maybe if it worked for all those people on the cover then it possibly could work for me. And it did!!!! The first 5 weeks I lost 14 pounds I did not think at all I could lose that much weight. I stopped eating fried foods, alcohol, and drank water every single day. Then, at the end of the 10 weeks I lost another 16 pounds which was amazing! But I owe it all to the class and the instructors. They all have a gift. There patient, nice, and very helpful. They are always pushing you even when you feel like you want to give up. Even the women behind the desk are sweet. There always greeting you with smiles on their faces. If it wasn’t for the Total Body Shaping class and the diet that they provide you with, I honestly don’t think I would have ever lost the weight. I wish I could have thanked and hugged every instructor but now I am saying with tears in my eyes thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back and helping making me healthy at 23 yrs old.

I want to thank everyone at Total Body Shaping who helped me lose 20lbs in 10 weeks. I still can’t believe it but it’s true.
I was pretty thin my whole life but five years ago my youngest child at the age of 13 was hit head on by a drunk driver while walking down the street. From that moment on my life had changed from being an active mother of 3 boys, to a mother who had to stop working to take care of her sick child. After spending about 3 months in the hospital with my son recovering from massive head trauma, he returned home in a wheel chair and the rehab and tutoring started. My life was put on hold like it should have our child should always come first. I do not regret one moment I spent with my son because today he is wonderful young man who graduated from high school and now is attending college. He is my walking & talking Miracle.
Well some people lose weight when they have stress but not me slowly but surly the weight crept up on me. I would look in the mirror and couldn’t believe the reflection that was in the mirror was me. Last summer was the lowest point for me when I couldn’t even enjoy the summer because I was so over weight. I was always slim and in shape and know I was the heaviest I ever was in my whole life even when I was pregnant. I had made up my mind that I had to do something…….
I started your class in March, totally committed to getting back in shape; I watched my diet, no soda, no alcohol, no fried food etc... and set a goal for my self to lose the 20lbs in 10 weeks. (Which I really didn’t think I could do) Well at 47 years old those first 3 weeks were murder I would come home from class crawling up the stairs with my boys laughing at me. (With love) But on a positive note my sons girlfriend who also attended your classes who is 23 years old and 115 lbs was in the same amount of pain I was in at the time which made me feel a little better. On your 5 week weigh in I was down 10lbs I could have flied home that night, “It Was On”. The next 5 weeks I worked my butt off and stayed committed to my goal. On the finally weight in I made my goal of 20lbs and went from a misses size 10 to a size 6. I am now down 22lbs and I’m attended the next 10 week program.
I wanted to spend the time and thank every instructor who helped me Get Back my Body, Soul & Mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!
